A homeless man is accused of stabbing an elderly man at Circle K. The victim stated that he was returning home from visiting family when at the pump at Circle K a homeless man confronted him, stabbed him, and asked for the keys to his Mercedes-Benz.
The stabbing happened at 7676 N U.S. Highway 441 at Circle K. The victim was transported to the hospital where he should make a full recovery.
The accused Marcus Ryan Roessner stated that he had a mental health issue and said he couldn't remember what happened at the gas pumps.
